Strawberry Smoothie

This Strawberry Smoothie is such a delicious treat packed full of protein and of course strawberries!

Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • 1 tbsp of TK Flax Seed Oil Original or Citrus
  • 2 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup yoghurt or cottage cheese
  • 1 cup trim or soy milk

 

Method

  • In a blender, add the milk and oil
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Blend together until desired consistency is reached - the ice cubes will help to thicken the smoothie
