Green Banana Smoothie

Start your day with some fruit and greens in our Green Banana Smoothie!  Greens are rich in antioxidants, iron and Vitamin C therefore have huge health benefits.

Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • Kale, spinach (to your liking), or 1tbsp of Greens Powder (TK Barley or Wheat Leaf Powder)

  • 1 tablespoon TK Flax Seed Oil Citrus
  • ½ Banana
  • 2 Ice cubes
  • 1 cup apple juice or water
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt or cottage cheese

    Method

    • In a blender, add the water/juice and oil
    • Add remaining ingredients
    • Blend together until desired consistency is reached - the ice cubes will help to thicken the smoothie
