Start your day with some fruit and greens in our Green Banana Smoothie! Greens are rich in antioxidants, iron and Vitamin C therefore have huge health benefits.
Ingredients (1 Serving)

Kale, spinach (to your liking), or 1tbsp of Greens Powder (TK Barley or Wheat Leaf Powder)
- 1 tablespoon TK Flax Seed Oil Citrus
- ½ Banana
- 2 Ice cubes
- 1 cup apple juice or water
- 1 tbsp yoghurt or cottage cheese
Method
- In a blender, add the water/juice and oil
- Add remaining ingredients
- Blend together until desired consistency is reached - the ice cubes will help to thicken the smoothie
