Muesli Smoothie

This yummy Muesli Smoothie is such a delicious treat packed full of goodness, setting you up for a great start to the day!

Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup soy, almond or rice milk
  • 1 tbsp TK Flax Seed Oil Citrus
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 10 almonds (optional, for extra protein)

 

Method

  • In a blender, add the milk and oil
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Blend together until desired consistency is reached - the addition of ice cubes while blending will help to thicken the smoothie
