Avocado and Banana Smoothie

This yummy Avocado and Banana Smoothie is such a delicious treat packed full of goodness!

Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • 1 banana

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 pottle Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tablespoon TK Flax Seed Oil Original
  • 1-1½ cups Milk - sufficient milk to achieve desired consistency. Use almond, oat or rice milk for a delicious dairy free alternative.

Method

  • In a blender, add the milk and oil
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Blend together until desired consistency is reached - the ice cubes will help to thicken the smoothie
