I've been recommended flaxseed oil by a naturopath. Was pretty unenthusiastic about taking it because of the taste, but she put me on to these flavoured ones from Totally kiwi and they are delicious. I chose citrus, lime & chilli, & roasted cumin flavours and they are all great - they add a really flavoursome dimension to my meals.
