Ingredients
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 heaped tbsp of Almond or Peanut Butter
- 2 tsp of Flax Seeds
- ½ Cup Almond Milk or Yoghurt
- Drizzle of Honey
- Drop of Almond Extract (or Vanilla Extract) The Almond Extract makes the smoothie taste like candy
Method
- Toss all the ingredients in to a blender and blend until smooth
