Ingredients
- 1 C Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 ½ C Grated Cheese
- 1 C Milk
- Cayenne Pepper
- 60g Butter (substitute with ¼ C Chilli & Lime FSO)
Method
- Mix all ingredients with a fork
- Put into greased muffin tins (or smaller if want snack size)
- Bake @ 230 for 10 mins
