Linseed Muesli Breakfast

This is a satisfying breakfast which will give you enough energy to last until at least lunch time.


  • 2 tbsp porridge oats
  • Some nutty muesli
  • 1 tbsp linseed meal
  • 1 tbsp TK flax seed oil
  • Chopped fresh fruit
  • Use orange juice as an alternative to milk products


  • Simply mix and enjoy!
