Pina Colada Protein Smoothie


  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2/3 C frozen pineapple
  • 1/3 C frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp TK Flax Seed Oil
  • 1 scoop protein powder


  • Combine coconut milk, banana, pineapple, mango, Flax Seed Oil and protein powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and serve
