This Strawberry Smoothie is such a delicious treat packed full of protein and of course strawberries!
Ingredients (1 Serving)
- 1 tbsp of TK Flax Seed Oil Original or Citrus
- 2 cups of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup yoghurt or cottage cheese
- 1 cup trim or soy milk
Method
- In a blender, add the milk and oil
- Add remaining ingredients
- Blend together until desired consistency is reached - the ice cubes will help to thicken the smoothie
